My Valentine

Since we started dating, we've always had pretty low key Valentine's Days. We've always just cooked at home and stayed in. Restaurants are always so crowded on Valentine's Day (although next year, we may get Grandma and Grandpa to babysit while we have a night on the town ;) ) We started off the day by going to church and to our new Life Group Class. After church, when we walked outside, it was so pretty! The sun hasn't been out in several days and the weather was so warm, we decided to pack up a lunch and take it to Burroughs Park and have a picnic. It was so nice and relaxing and the weather was perfect. We ate lunch and laid on our blanket by the water and had fun people watching and relaxing. We don't have any pictures though, because our new camera was dead, so we took our old one and it died after one picture that didn't turn out good. Around 3, we headed home and ended up taking a nap on the couch together, then we made a yummy dinner of steak, red potatoes, steamed broccoli, and pasta. Chad got me a beautiful bouquet of roses on Saturday along with a sweet card and chocolate covered strawberries. We made dinner a little extra special by using our fine china (for the first time!) and drank juice out of our fancy wine glasses. We just hung out together the rest of the night, made brownies for dessert and it was a great night. Crazy to think this is the last Valentine's Day as just the two of us.

The flowers and cards we got eachother. Chad also got me a picture frame (it was a free gift with purchase, haha)

Our little Valentine dinner
Our other little Valentine... you can't really tell in this picture, but I definitely have the linea nigra, it goes up past my belly button too. My belly button is getting flatter by the day also. No stretch marks though. Chad got to feel baby Graham kick a lot last night, he had only felt him a few times so far, and last night he finally got to feel him a bunch.

Sounds like a great day to me! We're so excited to have both of you in our class. Can't wait to see the baby in a few months....after we win a softball championship!
